In the last few weeks the County has been sending warning letters to many STR owners based on unsubstantiated complaints. For the last year a working group convened by the County, that includes MCVRA members, has been working on a new STR ordinance. MCVRA insists that the County Supervisors enact a moratorium on prosecuting STRs until new STR regulations are approved. Please read the letter below and, if you agree, fill in your personal information. Add a personal message if you wish.
