You have seen the onerous draft short-term rental (STR) ordinances released in April 2019. These will affect every STR. A Planning Commission hearing on these ordinances is tentatively scheduled for late June. If you own and/or operate an STR anywhere in the unincorporated areas of Monterey County, make your voice heard! Take action by signing this petition to demand a fair ordinance.
